HRAX HRIS (“HRAX”, “we”, “us”) is a human resources information system operated by MWeeb. For this website and for marketing inquiries, MWeeb acts as a personal information controller under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

This policy covers two distinct contexts:

• This public website — demo and contact forms, the HRAX Assistant chat widget, and technical data needed to run the site.
• The HRAX HRIS product — employee records, attendance, leave, payroll-related data, and similar people operations data that a customer organization stores in HRAX.

For in-product HRIS data, the customer organization is typically the personal information controller of its employees' and applicants' data. We process that data as needed to provide the service under the customer's instructions and contract. This website policy does not replace a customer's own privacy notice to its workforce.

Website and marketing. When you book a demo or contact us we may collect your name, work email, company, and message. If you use the HRAX Assistant chat, we process the messages you send so we can respond. Servers may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to keep the site secure and reliable. The browser may store essential cookies or local/session storage (for example, a local copy of a demo request on this site).

HRAX HRIS product. Customers and their authorized users may enter personal data required to run HR operations, which can include identification and employment details, attendance and leave, organization structure, and payroll-ready exports. Exact fields depend on how the customer configures and uses the system.

We do not require payment card details on this marketing site.

• Provide, maintain, and support the HRAX HRIS product for customers
• Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers. We do not use website form submissions for unrelated advertising without a lawful basis.

Depending on the activity, we rely on:

• Consent — for example, submitting a demo or contact form, or using optional chat
• Legitimate interests — running a secure website, answering genuine business inquiries, and preventing abuse, balanced against your rights
• Contract — providing HRAX HRIS to a customer under an agreement
• Legal obligation — where Philippine or other applicable law requires us to retain or disclose information

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate HRAX and this site, under appropriate arrangements. That may include hosting and content APIs, email delivery, and the chatbot service used by the HRAX Assistant (including processing at the chatbot endpoint we configure for this site).

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of HRAX, our customers, or the public. We do not sell personal data.

Demo and contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or an active commercial discussion. Chat messages are retained only as needed to provide the conversation and support the service.

Product data in HRAX HRIS is retained according to the customer's account, configuration, and contract, including any export or deletion the customer is entitled to request.

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limiting access to staff and processors who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Customers remain responsible for access control inside their HRAX tenant (users, roles, and credentials).

Under the Data Privacy Act, you may have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, and to file a complaint, subject to legal limits. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise rights related to this website or marketing, email contact@mweeb.com. For data stored in a customer's HRAX HRIS account, contact that organization first; we will support the customer as processor where the request is valid.

You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site (session, security, and load). We do not currently run a separate advertising tracker on this marketing site. If we add analytics or similar tools later, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a choice.

This website and HRAX HRIS are intended for organizations and adults in a business or employment context. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this marketing site.

Some processors may store or access data outside the Philippines. Where that happens, we take steps we consider reasonable to protect the data, consistent with applicable law and the nature of the processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should review the revised policy. Material changes that affect how we process personal data will be reflected here.
